Matcha Marshmallow

Ingredients

  • Matcha powder: 5g
  • Milk: 120mL
  • White chocolate: 40g
  • Gelatin sheet: 1

Method

  1. 1. Melt milk, matcha, and white chocolate over warm water.
  2. 2. Add softened gelatin and stir until melted.
  3. 3. Whip until thick.
  4. 4. Pour into a mold and chill for about 1 hour.
